The artist has a 30-day return policy, starting from the day after receiving your order.

To start a return, please contact juliaappelinstudio@gmail.com concerning your issue. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back. The order must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging. Please print the receipt or proof of purchase and return to: Main Street, The Yellow house, Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary, E53 DK10, Ireland.  

Inspect your received order and contact direct if the item is defective or damaged. Please accept the package from the delivery firm, and open to inspect your order. Send on documentation with photographs to juliaappelinstudio@gmail.com, we will work it out.

Once the Artist received, inspected and approved your return order, the payment will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process.
